Quarterly PAC Report Filing Dates

PAC report filing due July 25th:

  • July 25th, 2024 (reporting period April 21, 2024 – July 20th, 2024)

Note: The above refers only to reports due through July 2024. 


Candidate Committee Filing Dates

For those participating in the Primary Election July Pre & Post reports will be due:

  • July Pre-Primary campaign statements are due July 26th, 2024. Close of books is July 21st, 2024.

Candidate Committees not on the Primary Ballot Filing Dates

July 25th, 2024 (reporting period January 1st – July 20, 2024)


Late Contribution 48-hour reports for August 6th Primary Election

PAC’s: Late contribution reports for PAC’s for the Primary election are due July 21st – August 3rd, 2024.

Definition of “Late Contributions”  

For PAC’s  

A committee other than a Candidate Committee (PAC or Ballot Question Committee) a late contribution is received when two conditions are met:

  1. The committee receives a single or cumulative contribution of $2,500 or more received from the same person between the day after the books are closed for the last campaign statement required and the 3rd day before the date of an election

    And,

  2. The committee has made an expenditure to support or oppose a candidate or a question on a ballot during the same late contribution report period described above

For Candidate Committees 

A contribution is defined as late in the following situations:

  1. Any single or cumulative contribution of $500.00 or more received from the same person between the day after books are closed for the last campaign statement required and the 3rd day before the date of the committee/candidate election.

    And,

  2. All types of contributions that meet the definition must be reported:  Money, loans, in-kind contributions of goods and/or services and contributions from candidates to themselves.
