January 2025 Filing Dates

Quarterly PAC Report Filing Dates (Independent, Political, SuperPAC’s)

  • January 31, 2025: PAC reports due

    • Reporting Period: October 21, 2024 – December 31, 2024

Candidate Committee Filing Dates

Committees not on the 2024 General Election ballot and did not file post-election reports the following reports are due:

  • January 31, 2025 (Annual): Candidate Committee Reports due

    • Reporting Period: October 21, 2024 – December 31, 2024

This statement closes on December 31, 2024, and is owed by Candidate, Ballot Question and Political Party Committees unless the committee has filed a statement between December 1 and January 30.
